the sad state of RpgNet
Long ago Rpgnet was the hub of rpg discussion, the biggest and beautiest.
But sadly all good things come to an end.
Rpg net publicly announced that it actively fights agains one basic pillar of democracy, the freedom of speech.
They shamelessly admit that they actively block people according to their political views (banned topics), they admit they do not like people of different views debate things honestly and freely on their site ( rule 0 ), they actively block people who challenge people's opinions, who show critical opinions on games or people (Rule 1), who happen to have different views on things than moderators.

Rules
Althought they publicly show rules on their site, they still block people according to unwritten rules, and most important unwritten rules are
- Do not disagree with moderators on their decisions and their political views.
- Do not critizise anyone, some snowflake (mostly moderators) might get offended.
Moderators work without monetary pay, thus only those who are motivated by pure power find motivation to work as an moderator. This is why most of the moderators are bullies, trolls, generally people who on other forums would have been banned because of their actions.
It is funny how rpgnet is still using outdated technology on their forum. In a modern platform moderators generally are not even needed. Think of Twitter. If someone offends your fragile ego, you just block him and problem is solved. Discussion is over, no moderator or growth needed.
Let the past die, let Rpgnet die.
